Youths in Ubeji, Warri Delta State, protest in respect to abandoned road project. 

Overnight, the youths in the community dug a deep gully to divide the Ubeji-Egbokodo road thus preventing the movement of vehicles in and out. The gully was dug close to the gate of Nigerian Gas Company (a subsidiary of NNPC).

This action was taken to wake up all those withholding the road construction project because rumors states that the project was abandoned by the contractors due to unreleased funds.

Soldiers were present at the scene this morning to maintain peace. View more pictures below:

Later in the day, the gully was covered and movement continued. What do think about this move?
